Frequently Asked Questions
Is there parking?
Unfortunately there is no available parking in the building however, there are several commercial parking lots around Salcedo Village that are open to your use and walking distance to Work Folk. Parking on the street is also permitted around Salcedo Village. Be sure to read the signs for parking hours & their corresponding fees.
How will I be billed and settle payments?
Hourly, daily and weekly bills are charged upon availment. Monthly bills are charged on the 20th of every month for the rental period of the succeeding month and due on the 5th. For example- on April 20th, a member may be charged for the rental of their private office for the month of May. This payment is due on May 5th.
How does the membership work?
To become a member, you will need to pay an all-inclusive, one-time fee that covers the duration of your contract. Fees include the use of all amenities in the space and no supplementary/hidden fees will be added to your bill. Can I stop by when I'm in the area or do I need to make an appointment?
If you wish to drop by for inquiries and oculars, it is always best to make an appointment beforehand but we also welcome walk-in guests (attended to on a first-come, first-served basis). For members availing of Open Desk plans, feel free to come in whenever you wish however we do recommend calling ahead to check the availability of seats.
For Dedicated Desk & Private Office plans, the space is exclusive to your use so no scheduling or calling ahead is needed.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 9:00PM for clients availing of the Open Desk & Dedicated Desk plans, and 24/7 for clients availing of the Private Office plans. We are also open on Saturdays & Sundays for events.
Do I have to sign a lease agreement?
Nah! We’ll have you sign a Membership Agreement which stipulates basic house rules to ensure all our members are on the same page about treating their neighbors and office space with respect (i.e. no loud music, clean as you go, etc.) and guarantees that any recurring payments will be made on time.
