Where are you located?
We are located at the 9th Floor, M1 Tower, 141 HV Dela Costa Street, Salcedo Village in Makati City, Philippines
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 9AM to 9PM on Monday to Friday for Open Desk and Dedicated Desk clients, and 24/7 for Private Office clients. We are also open on Saturdays and Sundays for events.
Is there parking?
Unfortunately, there is no available parking in the building. However, there are several commercial parking lots around Salcedo Village that are open to your use and are walking distance from Work Folk. Parking on the street is also permitted around Salcedo Village. Be sure to read the signs for parking hours & their corresponding fees.
Can I stop by when I’m in the area or do I need to make an appointment?
If you wish to drop by for inquiries and oculars, we recommend making an appointment beforehand—however, we also welcome walk-in guests, attended to on a first-come, first-served basis. For Dedicated Desk & Private Office Plans, the space is exclusively for your use so no scheduling or calling ahead is needed.
How will I be billed and settle payments?
Hourly, daily, and weekly bills are charged upon purchase. Monthly bills are charged on the 20th of every month for the rental period of the succeeding month, and are due on the 5th. For example—on April 20th, a member may be charged for the rental of their private office for the month of May. This payment will be due on May 5th.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For hourly, daily, and weekly plans, we accept payment through cash and credit card (Visa and Mastercard). For monthly and long-term plans, we accept payment through bank deposits, bank transfer, and credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
Do you encourage networking?
We respect all members and we value their privacy. We have, however, a Community Board within the center where clients can advertise their services/products.
Do you offer discounts for long-term contracts?
Fostering long-term relationships with clients is a top priority at Work Folk and discounts can be arranged for contracts that exceed a period of 1 year. For more information on long-term contracts, please contact [email protected]
Can members of open, dedicated, or private work spaces bring children?
We definitely love kids and understand instances when our co-workers have the need to bring their kids along to work. However, we also strive to maintain a fun, work-conducive environment for every client, which is why we discourage bringing children in the open and dedicated area.
Can I bring food inside? What are your rules on food and beverages?
Yes, clients may also use the appliances in the pantry area such as the microwave, toaster, panini press, and refrigerator. Clients are free to eat at their desks, or make use of the dining tables at the pantry room.
Up to how many people can Work Folk’s event space accommodate?
35pax. However, we can maximize the room to 50pax.
Can we rent Work Folk on weekends?
Yes. We usually handle events during weekends and after office hours.
Does Work Folk have an accredited list of caterers?
None. But we can help out clients in looking for caterers.
Can we advertise our event to Work Folk clients?
Yes—with your approval, we can post your event on our social media accounts.
Will someone assist me during my event?
Yes. Our Client Relations Officer will assist during the event (except for reception and cashiering duties).
What if I need to print something for my event?
It is possible, printing service is included in the package.
How much time do I get for ingress and egress?
We give 1 hour for the ingress and egress.
Am I allowed to decorate the space?
Yes, as long as it won’t damage the walls and furniture in the space.
